IRNA � Prosecutor General of Tehran Abbas Jafari-Dolatabadi said that 95 bills of indictment have been issued for those accused in connection with the recent unrests.


Jafari-Dolatabadi told a group of justice officials that 10 people are still in prison and asked judges to decide about their fate.

He said the enemies and hostile groups favor continued unrest and they hoped the unrest will continue on background of public dissatisfaction.

'So related officials and people need to be vigilant and in fact it should be said the flame of the incident has been been putt off. However, enemy's re-planning unrest does not seem far from expectation.'

He said enemy has a wishful thinking to topple or dissolve the Islamic Republic establishment.

Jafari-Dolatabadi added that provocation on the cyberspace still continues, so the related officials need to pay attention to it.

The official went on to say that the recent unrests were short in length thanks to public vigilance and their refusal to join the rioters.

'Contrary to the 1388 (2009) sedition which took considerable time, public vigilance along with appropriate measures taken by the interior ministry, police, security bodies and the judiciary, the riots ended sooner than expected.'

Elsewhere in his remarks, Jafari-Dolatabadi said that in the power industry, an accused person established links with foreign intelligence system and had at least 14 meetings with Mossad intelligence officers, providing them with lots of information on Iranian power and nuclear industries in exchange for receiving 140,000 euros and consequently put information of country at the disposal of foreign intelligence services at times low price. 'That person has been sentenced to 10 years in prison on espionage charges.'
