The nuclear deal is 'a milestone accomplishment of international diplomacy', Dutch Ambassador to the United Nations Karel van Oosterom said on Thursday while addressing a meeting of the UN Security Council on non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Van Oosterom, whose delegation was the facilitator for the UN Resolution 2231, said it is essential that all parties continue to fulfill their commitments to the JCPOA.
