Paris to host 4th round of Iran-France political dialogues

IRNA Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Seyyed Abbas Araqchi and Secretary-General of French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs Maurice Gourdault-Montagne are to hold fourth round of political dialogues between Iran and France in Paris on Wednesday.

The talks are organized within the framework of a memorandum of understudying (MoU) signed during President Hassan Rouhanis visit to France and on a regular basis every six months in Tehran or Paris periodically.

The dialogues focus on promoting bilateral relations in the various political, economic and cultural fields.

Regional and international issues, especially Persian Gulf and Middle East developments, are on the agenda of this round of the dialogues.

During his two-day stay in Paris, Araqchi will deliver a lecture at the French Institute of International Relations, in addition to holding separate meetings with certain French officials..
