Iran, Turkey FMs discuss promoting bilateral ties

IRNA Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Turkish counterpart Mevlt avu?o?lu discussed developing all-out bilateral ties.

During the meeting in Baku on Wedenesday they negotiatied developing bilateral banking relations.

Zarif and avu?o?lu also shared views on regional issues.

Zarif arrived in Baku late on Tuesday to attend the Fifth Trilateral Meeting of Foreign Ministers of Iran, Azerbaijan Republic and Turkey.

The meeting of the three countries foreign ministers will be held Wednesday with Zarif and his Azerbaijani and Turkish counterparts Elmar Mammadyarov and Mevlut cavusoglu, respectively in attendance.

The meeting will discuss wide range of issues and cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including economy, transit, transportation, energy, customs as well as avenues for promoting peace and stability in the region.
