Iran slams Pakistan church terror attacks

IRNA Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi on Monday condemned the terrorist attack on a church in Quetta, Pakistan which claimed the lives of at least 8 people and injured 20 more.

It was a cruel and blind act against innocent people, Qasemi said sympathizing with bereaved families of the victims of the attack on Sunday.

The remaining of defeated Takfiri-Zionist terrorists (Daesh) who have been supported by some regional and trans-regional countries now scattered around the region killing innocent people with any religion and ideology, he said.

They are trying to create terror among nations by launching blind, aimless and sporadic attacks in their post-defeat phase, he added.

Despite the fact that the biggest terrorist group in the world was annihilated by the regional countries iron determination, their remains spare no effort in keeping alive the terrorist ideology to create chaos in the region and the world, Qasemi reiterated.
