SHANA - Iran has bartered a total of 250 million cubic meters of natural gas with Armenia for power in the first 8 months of the current Iranian calendar year which began on March 21.

Tehran and Yerevan signed a gas-for-power barter deal in 2009 based on which Iran exports an average of a million cubic meters per day of gas to Armenia in exchange 3.2 kw/h of power.
