Velayati warns Macron not to interfere in Iran's domestic affairs

MNA Irans Leader top Aide Ali Akbar Velayati said in an interview with IRIB, that French presidents interference in Irans missile program is not in interest of France and Macron.

It is not in interests of France and the French President Mr. Macron to interfere in issues of sensitivity to Iran, like missiles and strategic affairs of Iran, said Irans Leader top Aide, Ali Akbar Velayati, on Friday warning the French head of state not to interfere in the state affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Such interferences have no effect other than tarnishing the reputation of French government in the eye of the Islamic Republic of Iran, asserted the former foreign minister, who is now an advisor of Iranian Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, condemning and denouncing the recent anti-Iran remarks of French President Emmanuel Macron made in the tour of Persian Gulf states in last week.

As an Iranian who is familiar with French issues and the foreign policies of this country I advise the French president to take the path of General de Gaulle the Former President of France in his foreign policy and act relatively independent, Velayati advised Macron.

We never ask for the permission of others in regards to our defensive issues or what range of kilometers should our missiles be for, the official categorically rejected any chance for negotiating over Irans missile program.

Its Mr. Macrons no business and he has no right to interfere in this issue, underlined Mr. Velayati, If he wants to have growing relations between Iran and France, he should abstain from meddling in these issues because it is against the interests of France.

It is obvious that our response to his request will be negative and why he raises such a request to get declined and later be criticized for defeat in foreign policy, articulated the Iranian veteran diplomat who acted as foreign minister for 16 consecutive years.

Mr. Macron! Take heed to my advice; there is not even a 1% chance to get us negotiate over our internal affairs, he referred to Macrons anti-Iran speech in Sweden.
