IRNA � Iran's Chief of Staff of Presidential Office Mahmoud Vaezi on Sunday appointed Majid Takht-e Ravanchi as his political deputy.

Takht-e Ravanchi used to serve as deputy foreign minister for Euro-American affairs. He was also one of Iran's senior negotiators in the course of nuclear talks with the six world powers (the US, Russia, China, France, Britain and Germany) .
