MNA � Iranian Minister of Industries, Mining and Trade Mohammad Shariatmadari said Iran attaches value to the relations with Turkey.


The Iranian official�made the remark while speaking at the ceremony for the 94th anniversary of Turkey�s Republic Day.

Shariatmadari went on to say �over the past few years, political, cultural and social relations between Iran and Turkey have been progressive the leaders of the two countries are resolute to further develop relations. I hope we can expand economic interactions alongside political and cultural interactions as well.�

He also touched upon the 30-billion-dollar trade volume envisioned in the economic transactions between the two countries.

Toward the end of his speech, Shariatmadari congratulated the people of government of Turkey on their national day.
