IRNA � Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi released a statement on Wednesday congratulating the International Artists Day (October 25).

In his message, Qasemi congratulated 'all the creators of beauty' and 'the illustrators of the secrets of creation of the universe', particularly the Iranian artists.

He congratulated 'the illustrators of human emotions, sufferings, talent, intelligence and ingenuity'.
