IRNA � Managing Director of Iran Air (Homa) Farzaneh Sharafbafi said on Thursday that Iran's national flag carrier has finalized purchase of 20 ATR planes upon signed contract with the Italian company.

She made the remarks in a meeting with governor general of Hormuzgan province and a number of lawmakers of the province.

Sharafbafi said that the planes will be used in all domestic
and regional flights, adding that the plan will be fulfilled until the end of 2018.

She added that the planes will fly in the region as well like from Bandar Abbas to Dubai, Muscat or other cities in the Persian Gulf area.
