Michel Aoun denies Iran interference in Lebanon affairs

IRNA Iran has never interfered in Lebanon's internal affairs, Lebanese President Michel Aoun stressed in a recent interview with the French journal 'Paris Match'.

President Aoun denied all allegations pertaining to Iran alleged interference in Lebanon's domestic affairs.

He also predicted that the war in Syria will soon come to an end and that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will remain in power.

Syria's future will be built upon Assad and the people in the country, Aoun said.
