IRNA � Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman denounced US seizure of foreign diplomatic missions inside the United States.


In reaction to US recent act of seizuree and long-term inspections of Russian diplomatic missions in the United States, Bahram Qasemi implored the 'arbitrary act which is contrary to international norms' and said, 'The US government measure to seize the foreign diplomatic missions in US territory or threatening to use force against them is a dangerous heresy and is condemned.'

He added the act shows that 'No dilomatic mission inside the US has any guarantee to enjoy diplomatic impunity.'

The Russian media have reported that US security officials have inspected Russian diplomtic missions in US including the building of consulate general in San Francisco.

The Russian Foreign Ministry said that US actions constituted a violation of international law, including the Vienna convention on diplomatic and consular relations.

Sputnik quoted Russian President Vladimir Putin as saying, he would instruct the Foreign Ministry to go to court over the situation with Russian diplomatic property in the United States.
