IRNA – Iran is ready to promote scientific and technological cooperation among Islamic countries, an advisor to Minister of Science Research and Technology said.
Abdolhossein Ferydoun made the remarks Sunday in Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ministerial Meeting.
‘A new cultural and civilization movement is being created in the world,’ he said.
Iran enjoys increased cooperation with Islamic countries in training, scientific and technological fields, Fereydoun added.
He went on to say that regional and international centers like Center for the Development of Science and Technology Parks, Western Asia Oceanographic Center.
Having over 76,000 faculty members, 39 science and technology parks and 170 development centers have paved the way for developing diplomacy among Islamic countries, Fereydoun said.
