FNA- Iranian female runner Hajar Safarzadeh snatched gold medal in Nottwil 2017 World Para Athletic Junior Championships in Switzerland.

The event was held with participation of 275 athletes from 41 countries in Nottwil, Switzerland.

In T12 category, Safarzadeh with the record of 28:63 seconds ranked first.

The Spanish runner with the record of 29:59 seconds and the Italian sportswoman with 30:59 second received silver and bronze medals, respectively.

Iran's squad with 24 athletes participated in the event which was held on August 3-6.
