IRNA -- Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani called for strengthening the national economy, adding that improving the economy is now countrys top priority.
Speaking in a local ceremony, he noted that there is no concern over regional and trans-regional military action against Iran.
Urging national consolidation in the country, Shamkhani noted that Irans security, stability and influence has roots in its independent governance and religious beliefs.
He referred to Irans stability and security, and noted that Iran does not pay $400 billion to buy security and do not buy Islands in Egypt or Maldives to develop its influence.
