MNA � Japanese PM Shinzo Abe and FM have sent messages of congratulation to President Rouhani for his winning in the election.


In separate messages issued by Prime Minister of Japan Mr. Shinzo Abe and Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida have sent congratulatory letters to President Hassan Rouhani on his reelection in May 19 election in Iran.

�As representative of government and nation of Japan, I�d like to share my heartfelt congratulations on your reelection,� part of PM�s message reads.

Referring to previous meetings with President Rouhani, Mr. Abe also calls for more relation of Iran with international community and expresses hope Iran would play more role in bringing peace to the Middle East.

FM Kishida also has hailed role of Iran in maintaining peace in region and expressed willingness for expansion of bilateral ties between the two nations.
