Reuters – German engineering services group Bilfinger’s projects in Iran are running according to plan, its chief executive told journalists on a conference call after the company published first-quarter earnings on Monday.
Bilfinger secured its first order in Iran last July and is supplying a process control system for an Iranian refinery upgrade. The contract is worth several million euros.
“The projects are running as expected. We signed, we are providing the service, the customer is paying. The question in the back of your mind is always: How can it progress on a political level” Blades said.
