Syrian crisis to be resolved through dialogue

IRNA - Special Advisor to Majlis Speaker, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, said on Wednesday that the only solution to Syrian crisis is political dialogue and vote of the Syrian nation.

Speaking to reporters after his meeting with Syrian parliament speaker, Amir-Abdollahian said Tehran plays active role in solving the countrys crisis through diplomatic channels.

'However, terrorist measures should not be taken for granted and assistance to Syria will continue vigorously in line with campaign against terrorism.'
The most important message of the meeting and political talks in Kazakhstan was that terrorists are now fully disappointed with following terrorist methods, he said.

The time has come for all the Islamic and Arabic states to rush help to Palestinian people, he said.

Amir-Abdollahian said when Palestine is the main issue of the world of Islam, Syria will be considered the major supporter of Palestine. 'The capacity of Palestine can be directed towards Quds rather than clashes and campaign against terrorists, Takfiris and foreign terrorists.'

He noted that certain countries that used to be in race in the region to change political system in Syria, failed to attain the result thanks to God mercy and resistance of Syria.

'Those countries are now trying to take precedence for normalization of relations with the Zionist regime,' he said, adding that crisis should be shifted from Syria and the region towards Zionist regime.

Amir-Abdollahian said focus on Palestine and Quds issues can be used in the best possible manner for unity in the world of Islam. 'We held good and constructive talks with Syrian parliament speaker Hadiya Khalaf Abbas.'

He then congratulated Syrian government, nation and leadership on recent victories in Aleppo.

That's for more than five years that Syria is facing crisis due to presence of such armed and terrorist groups as Daesh and al-Nusra, that are backed by the West and certain countries of the region.
