IRNA - Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasemi said that Iran's flags will be flown at half-mast in Iranian embassies on Saturday as a sign of mourning and a memorial book will also be opened on the sad occasion of fire in a Tehran high rise.


Qasemi was responding the reporters' questions on the measures taken by Iranian missions in the world countries regarding the sad occasion of fire in the Plasco trdae center on Thurdady which led to the collapse of the 17 storey building and the death of a group of firefithers.

Iranian government on January 20 announced one day of public mourning due to the high rise collapse in Tehran shopping center.
