SANA- Army units launched sweeping operations against terrorist organizations� positions and gatherings in different areas, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.

Homs

The army unit destroyed�a number of rocket and mortar launch pads and positions in the villages and towns of al-Ghanto, Talbiseh, Ghirnata and al-Farhaniyeh in the northern countryside of Homs after a shellign attack that targeted Jabbourin and al-Mukhtariyeh villages, SANA reporter said.

Meanwhile, in the countryside of Palmyra in East Homs, the Syrian Air Force targeted gatherings and movements of ISIS terrorist groups in the surroundings of Station 4, Tadmuc (Palmyra) city and near the oil and gas fields.

The reporter affirmed that a number of fortifications were destroyed and several ISIS terrorists were killed in the airstrikes.

Hama

The Syrian Air Force targeted ISIS gatherings and positions in Qassr Ibn Wardan area and� Brigit village in the eastern countryside of Hama province.

SANA reporter said a position of ISIS terrorists was destroyed and a number of them were killed or injured� in the surroundings of Oneiq Bajerah in Qassr Ibn Wardan area, about 60 km east of Hama city.

In the southwestern countryside of Salamiyeh area, the source said the Air Force destroyed more positions� of ISIS terrorists, leaving a number of them dead or wounded.
