IRNA � Palestinian embassy to the Holy See has reportedly been opened, according to Vatican news resources.


The embassy inauguration was part of the visit schedule of Palestinian Authority Chief Mahmoud Abbas and his meeting with Pope Francis.

The Abbas-Pope Francis meeting followed an agreement between Vatican and the Palestinian authority on June 26, 2015.

The meeting was the third meeting of the two sides.
