APA- Moscow and Tehran have joint headquarters in Syria, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran Ali Shamkhani told reporters in Tehran Dec. 20, an APA correspondent reported from Tehran.

He said the Iranian and Russian sides along with the Syrian Army give consultations to the resistance forces.

Iran cooperates with some countries in the region in combating terrorism, Shamkhani said, noting that diplomatic talks and consultations in cooperation are vital for solving some problems.

According to him, further steps will be taken in a coordinated way.

�Iran, Turkey, and Russia will have talks today in Moscow as to executing the agreements made,� he said.

He added that Russia and Iran will continue supporting Syria�s legitimate government in combating terrorism.

Shamkhani regarded the UN Security Council�s Resolution No. 2328 as a continuation of destructive activities, adding that this resolution will pave the way for military and security elements of countries backing terrorism to enter Aleppo in the name of International Peacekeeping Forces.
