Sputnik News– Turkish Embassy in Russia said that Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu will arrive in Moscow on Tuesday and will meet with his counterparts from Russia and Iran, Sergey Lavrov and Mohammad Javad Zarif.
