ISNA- Iranian ambassador to the UK Hamid Baeidinejad announced the country�s objection to the UK foreign office towards the recent comments made by its Prime Minister Theresa May.

In her speech at the Gulf Co-Operation Council in the Bahraini capital of Manama on Wednesday, Theresa May accused Iran of 'aggressive action' in the Middle East region.

Referring to her comments, Iran�s foreign ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said, �the countries that have caused to insecurity, violence, war and terrorism through their irresponsible interferences have no right to accuse others of meddling in the region. �

He stated that divisive effects of the UK government to return to the region are in vain.
