Turkey condoles with Iranian govt., nation on train collision

IRNA – Turkey’s Foreign Ministry, issuing a statement on Saturday evening, extended condolences on demise of a number of Iranians as a result of train collision in Semnan.

The statement, which was posted on Foreign Ministry website, said, ‘Regretfully, we received news concerning train collision in Iran, which left 45 dead and more than 100 passengers injured.’
It offered condolences to Iranian friendly nation and government and wished prompt recovery for the injured.
