Tehran condoles with New Delhi on passenger train derailment

IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qassemi has voiced sympathy with Indian government and nation on Indian passenger train derailment, which killed or injured hundreds of people.

Qassemi, voicing deep sorrow over the incident and condoling Indian government and nation on the tragedy as well as the bereaved family of the victims on losing their dear ones, wished speedy recovery for the injured.

A total of 96 people have been killed and 150 injured after a train derailed near the city of Kanpur in northern India in early hours on Sunday.
