Iran and Finland inked four memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to cooperate in energy, communication, technology, environment and investment sectors. The documents were inked in the presence of President Hassan Rouhani and his Finnish counterpart Sauli Niinist at Saadabad Cultural Complex in northern Tehran.
