Tehran, Oct 15, IRNA � Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif left here Saturday for the Swiss town of Lausanne to attend the international talks on Syria.

Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Jaberi Ansari accompanies Zarif during his Lausanne talks.

Syria talks are to be held in Lausanne today with participation of foreign ministers of Iran, Russia, US, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Egypt, and Qatar.
