TEHRAN, Oct. 07 (MNA) � Saying that no formal information has been submitted to Foreign Ministry about the detention of two Iranians in Kuwait, Iran�s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ghasemi added that the ministry is following up the case.


�I have heard�the news about two Iranian citizens arrested in Kuwait but so far no formal affirmation have been made,� announced Iran�s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Ghasemi on Friday.

The diplomat reassured that the Iranian Foreign Ministry and Iran�s embassy to Kuwait are examining the issue.

According to media reports, Kuwait's Interior Ministry issued a statement late on Thursday recounting the arrest of two Iranian men who were photographing religious halls, known as husseiniyahs, before attendants� congregation ahead of a major religious ceremony.
