TEHRAN, Sept 10 (Shana) � Bidboland Gas Refining Company refined more than 2.5 cubic meters of gas in the first 175 days of this year and sent it to the nationwide gas trunklines.

Managing Director of Bidboland Gas Refining Company Ali-Mohammad Pour-Reza told Shana that since start of this Iranian calendar year of 1395 (started on March 20), one billion cubic meters of the refinery's feedstock has been obtained from South Pars joint reserves.

Pour-Reza said for the time being, 50 percent of the Bidboland Gas Refining Company's refinery is met from Aghar and Dalan fields and the refinery has the capacity to refine up to eight billion cubic meters of gas a year.

Based on schedule, up to end of this year (to end on March 20, 2017), 7.5 billion cubic meters of gas will be refined in the company, according to Pour-Reza.

The official said Masjed Soleiman gas refinery refined more than 11 million cubic meters of gas in the first 175 days of this year.

The refinery obtains its feedstock from Masjed Soleiman wells to provide Masjed Soleiman city and its industries with gas, he concluded.
