Tehran, Sept 5, IRNA � Italian high ranking military delegation on Monday held talks with Navy Commander Rear-Admiral Habibollah Sayyari on ways to develop cooperation on defense issues.

The 5-member delegation led by Rear-Admiral Roberto Chia Marcella reviewed issues of mutual interests with Navy Commander Sayyari.

The visit of the Italian military delegation to Iran is in the context of military cooperation with the friendly countries.

They arrived in Tehran on September 4 and wiil stay until September 7.
