TEHRAN, Aug 17 (Shana) � An official with South Pars Gas Complex says Iranian manufacturers supply over 95% of the mechanical parts needed for development of the supergiant South Pars Gas Field.

Gholamhossein Hamzavi said 95% of the mechanical items used in the complex are supplied by Iranian manufacturers.

He said the complex procures 80% of its need for measurement and precise tools from domestic suppliers.

He also said domestic producers are also involved in manufacturing of turbines and staple items as well.
"SPGC policies are in line with materialization of the economy of resistance and all the repair work is being carried out by domestic manpower," he added.
