Enemies planning to weaken family bonds in Iran

Zahedan, Sistan and Balouchestan prov,. Aug 18, IRNA – Enemies are exploiting illicit drugs as well as bad contents posted on social networks or broadcasted by satellite channels to weaken family bonds in Iran, top military official says.

Speaking to police officials in Southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan, Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi Senior Advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of Iran’s Armed Forces said that the best way to fight unrest is to find the root causes of it.

He noted that large quantities of narcotics produced in Afghanistan are funneled through Sistan and Balouchestan to reach other provinces as well as the western countries.

Referring to the improvement of security in Sistan and Balouchestan, he said that enemies are exploiting illicit drugs, social networks and satellite programs to weaken family bonds in Iran.
