Tehran, July 29, IRNA � Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on Friday issued a message of condolence on the occasion of death of the mother of lieutenant-general martyr Ali Sayyad Shirazi.


The Supreme Leader's message reads, 'Condolences to revered family of martyr lieutenant-general Sayyad Shirazi and all his lovers on the death of his revered mother. I wish God Almighty for her divine forgiveness and passion.'

Lieutenant General Ali Sayyad Shirazi was born in 1944 in Kaboud Gonbad, Mashhad, and was assassinated by the MKO terrorist outlet in April 1999.
