Tehran, July 23, IRNA Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif leading a politico-economic delegation will depart for West Africa for a 6-day official visit on Sunday.
Zarif is scheduled to confer with senior officials of Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea Conakry and Mali.
He is to meet with presidents, parliament speakers and foreign ministers of the western African countries.
This is the foreign minister's third tour to Africa.
At the first tour he visited the East African states of Kenya, Uganda, Burundi and Tanzania last winter.
He visited the North African countries of Algeria and Tunisia last summer.
