President says educated youth are Iran
Tehran, June 30, IRNA - President Hassan Rouhani said that educated youth are Iran's assets and called for more collaboration between elites residing both inside and outside the country.


He made the remarks in a fast breaking ceremony (Iftar) with the university students and the youth.

President referred to the enhancement of situation for the youth and the elite during his presidency and noted that Iranian elite living aboard are coming back and 200 elites educated in the world top universities returned Iran in recent months.

Educated youth are Iran's assets and advantages, he said.

Pointing to the high percentage of students post-graduated in technical, engineering and basic sciences in comparison to other fields of sturdy, he said that Iran ranks fifth globally in technical and engineering field and ranks first in basic sciences.

Rouhani called for more easy baraucratic rules to support entrepreneurs, adding that government tried to enhance ties with the world and improve the business and regulatory environment in the past three years as precondition to boost employment.

The President said that despite some challenges, the economic situation is improving, adding that the youth should not get disappointed becaus of problems.
