Tehran, June 6, IRNA � Foreign Ministry spokesman Hossein Jaberi Ansari said on Monday that Foreign Ministry is operating under supervision of the government and the Supreme Leader.


Asked about the United States inaction to regulate Iranian banking system and the US Treasury Department yet to authorize dollar-euro exchange process with Iran business ties, and whether or not the United States breached the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, he said that the Foreign Ministry is not decision maker but pursues guidelines and instructions given by the country's authority.

Iranian government pursues rule of law, he said adding that the supervisory committee on sound implementation of the JCOPA was formed under decree of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution which are responsible to fully monitor implementation of JCPOA and will publicize their findings.
