Moscow, May 19, IRNA � Iranian Ambassador to Russia Mehdi Sanayee said unfortunately there are projects for violating the international law and the rights of the member-states necessitating change in the international scene.

'Unfortunately there are projects for violating the international law and rights of the member-states; hence there is a need for change in the international scene,' Sanayee added.

The Iranian envoy said that given the international circumstances there is a need for establishing a logical relationship between the national and international interests and there is a need for maintaining dialogue in the multi-polar world.

'At the present time there are serious global challenges which have ruined the borders between national and international interests which is ruining international standards and norms,' Sanayee said.
