Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has strongly criticized US policies and some regional countries� unholy alignment with Washington.

The Leader made the remarks on Wednesday, addressing the participants of the 33rd International Quran Competition in the capital, Tehran.

�The US is the arch-tyrant and the great Satan. Those who implement the US�s policies in the region are adherents of�tyranny,� Ayatollah Khamenei said.
