No banking problem on Iran-Italy trade ties

Tehran, May 14, IRNA - Senior official at Italian COSTACURTA company said the corporation has not encountered any problems in money transferring and banking activities with Iran.

Talking to IRNA, COSTACURTA Sales and Project Manager Fabrizio Grassi made the remarks on the sidelines of 21st International Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Exhibition which wrapped up in Tehran on May 8.

Grassi said COSTACURTA Company has been cooperating with Iran since 17 years ago in South Pars gas field on the northern coast of the Persian Gulf in Asalouyeh in Bushehr province and has not faced any problems in delivering its products to the Iranian sides.

The Italian official further said the company enjoys very positive records of supplying technical equipment in phases of 4, 5,6,7,8,9,10 and 12 of South Pars gas field.

He added the COSTACURTA Company manufactures the internal equipment of reservoirs in oil and gas offshore, which are practical in separating water, gas and oil from each other.

The 21st International Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Exhibition started work on May 4, for four days.

Near 2,000 companies from Iran and 38 world countries have attended Iran Oil Show this year.

The exhibition is the first international oil show being held in Iran in the post-sanctions era, lifted on January 16.

Iran's success in nuclear talks with world powers that led to July deal (known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) has prepared the ground for presence of the international companies in the country.
