Iranian Petroleum Minister may hold a meeting with his Russia counterpart before the OPEC member states forthcoming summit.

TEHRAN (Sputnik)�� Iranian Petroleum Minister Bijan Namdar Zangeneh may hold a bilateral meeting with�Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak before�the Organization of�the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) member states convene in�June, a source in�Iran�s Ministry of�Petroleum told Sputnik.

"We do not rule out�the possibility that we will have contacts with�the Russian minister or ministers of�other countries prior to�the [OPEC] summit," the source said.

However, the source added that there were no specific agreements about�possible bilateral meetings.
