Ulrich Reifenhuser, member of the management board of the Reifenhuser Group and the chairman of the VDMA Plastics and Rubber Machinery Association, told reporter on the sidelines of the 10th Iran Plast Exhibition here in Tehran that Chinese producers cannot be good rivals for German firms in the market.

"German companies are now worried about the snapback of sanctions on Iran and are seeking to enhance their market in the country," he said, adding that there are, however, certain banking restrictions that are still in place regarding dealing with Iran.

Reifenhuser said Europeans view Iran positively and are interested to form partnerships with Iranian companies.

Beings state-run weakens Iran's economy as it allows middle people to lesson purchasing power of end consumers.
