TEHRAN, April 12 (Shana) �- Nouri Petrochemical Plant supplied 4.79 million tons of products during the previous calendar year (ended March 19), registering 102% fulfillment of its production goal for the year.

Compared to the plant's nameplate capacity, it has produced 126% of its capacity during the year.

In the month of Esfand (12th month in Iranian calendar year, February 20-March 19), Nouri Petrochemical Plant supplied 400,000 tons of products.

The plant processed 28,000 tons of benzene, 5 tons of o-Xylene (ortho-xylene), 47 thousand tons of paraxylene, 146 tons of heavy substances, 84 tons of light combinations, 38 tons of raffinate, 4,000 tons of pentane cut, 11 thousand tons of liquefied petorleu gas (LPG), 29,000 tons of HD TNT and 5 tons of heavy aromatics during the year.

The plant came online in 2007 and was constructed with an investment of IRR 8,000b.
