Tehran, March 16, IRNA � Minister of Roads and Urban Development Abbass Akhoundi said on Wednesday that 2,000 seats were added to Iranian air fleet.


Speaking to reporters at Mehrabad Airport, Akhoundi said increase in the number of seats was due to rise in the number of passengers visiting different parts of the country for Norouz (New Year) holidays.
He said in coming days, the number of flights from Mehrabad Airport will increase by 80 percent.
