The contest was held at the Dizin resort on Tuesday, an hours drive from the capital, with the participation of foreign envoys, other diplomats, employees enlisted with international organizations Iran chapters and their families.
More than 50 competitors from embassies of Germany, France, Austria, Slovakia, Japanese, New Zealand, Venezuela, Bolivian and Egypt as well as staff of the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross headquarters in the Tehran attended the event.

The last round of the competition was held two years ago, with German Ambassador to Tehran Michael von Ungern-Sternberg describing it as both fun and productive.
Towering well above the surrounding terrains, Irans various peaks attract a good number of ski aficionados most of the year, including thousands of foreign tourists.
