Sabzevar, March 9, IRNA � Chancellor of Hakim Sabzevari University said on Wednesday that two memoranda of understanding were signed with academic center French and Italian universities.


Javad Haddad-nia told reporters that the deals signed recently with the Italian University of Turin and French University of Lyon will be in force for years for education, research and exchanges of students and instructors.

Promoting educational and scientific cooperation is on top agenda of Hakim Sabzevari University, he said, noting that boosting joint scientific undertakings with the European and Asian universities will help enhance knowledge of the students and instructors.

Vice chancellor of Hakim Sabzevari University for research and technology, Ali Asghar Molavi also said, 'We will cooperate with University of Turin in physics and with University of Lyon in engineering.'

Currently, 9,000 students are studying in Hakim Sabzevari University in ten faculties.
