Tehran, Feb 9, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani said that Iran would continue its win-win policy in order to promote ties with the world and the neighbors during the post-sanction era.

Speaking through video conference in the inauguration ceremony for 138 provincial projects, he called the nuclear talks with world powers as historic.

The President said that the nuclear deal was a win-win game at the interest of all sides.

Iran would continue its win-win policy to enhance relations with the world and the neighbors, he added.

Rouhani called removal of Iran's sanctions as a big achievement which resulted from Iranian nation's resistance.

Iran and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council � the United States, Britain, France, Russia and China � plus Germany finalized the JCPOA in Vienna, on July 14, 2015.
