TEHRAN, Jan. 3 (Shana) � Iran has exported its first consignment of gasoil to Tajikistan via Afghanistan, said director of Oil Products Distribution Company in Khorasan Razavi province which borders Afghanistan�s province of Herat.

�So far this product was only exported to Afghanistan across Dogharun border point,� Mohammad Mehdi Qoraei said.

Considering the new conditions after removal of sanctions, he added, the first transaction with Tajikistan was made two weeks ago.

The deal included 2.9 million liters which is expected to rise in following deals, said the provincial director of National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC).
