Tehran, Jan 31, IRNA � The G5+1 is bound by its obligations enshrined in the Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action, Head of the JCPOA Follow-up Commission Abbas Araqchi said on Sunday.

Speaking in a local ceremony, Araqchi acknowledged the implementation has obligations by other sides of talks but he said that the JCPOA Follow-up Commission will continue its supervision on the implementation of the agreement and will decide about potential violations.

Referring to the New US Visa Waiver Program Law, he said that US government and the country's secretary of state have promised to execute the Visa Waiver Program Law in a way that it do not sabotage economic benefits of nuclear deal and exempts the merchants.

We are waiting to see what will happen regarding the execution of US Visa Waiver Program Law, Araqchi added.

The US has announced recently that the new US visa rules will have some exceptions for people who have visited any of the four countries of Iran, Iraq, Syria and Sudan for business, government, humanitarian or journalistic reasons.

The new restrictions apply to the Visa Waiver Program, and they were passed by Congress in December and signed into law by President Barack Obama.

But they have drawn criticism by many who say they will mainly hurt aid workers, journalists and people who do business with those countries, not to mention numerous European citizens and others of Iranian, Iraqi, Syrian and Sudanese descent.

According to the information posted Thursday, anyone from those 38 countries who has visited Iran, Iraq, Syria or Sudan since March 1, 2011, now requires to get a visa before being allowed to visit the United States.
